Help Animals have now reproduced the zoo letter in Serbian for campaigners to e mail to the authorities directly; as concerned Serbian citizens.

SAV and ‘Help Animals’, Belgrade, are working together to put additional pressure onto the Serbian government regarding zoo conditions for (Serbian) animals.
The ‘sample letter’ which is given on this site, and which is directed at Serbian government ministers, has also been reproduced on the ‘Help Animals’ site with the special intention that Serbian citizens and campaigners can ask their government directly to take this issue on board and act !
We hope that with this united campaign front, action will now be taken by Serbian ministers to fully review the situation for all animals in all Serbian zoos.

Zoo animals are too often not considered to be in harms way – this kind of confinement brings severe mental and physical stress on animals. Take them from their cages and let them live a life as close to a natural situations as possible !
Zoos all over the world are prisons with innocent prisoners.In serbian prisons are very bad conditions- so they must be closed much more fastier then rests prisons – but rests must be closed also , and innocent prisoners must be back to the nature – to adequate sanctuary centre all over the world, and must be forbidden further taking wild animals from the nature for making trades and profits. If some people want profit- then they must work and not abuse animals under nonsense explanation: `education` and `saving species` , because these explanations are not correct .
